SSR Case Update: NCB Raids Rhea Chakraborty’s House

A team of Narcotics Control Bureau raided Rhea Chakraborty’s house this morning. The raid started around 6:30 AM on Friday. The action was taken after the agency found a drug angle in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case.

The NCB registered a case against Rhea, her brother Showik Chakraborty, talent manager Saha, Sushant’s manager Shruti Modi, and Goa-based hotelier Gaurav Arya under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

An official said that the searches are routine and it a part of due procedures. The NCB team accompanied by police officials including some women officials. The search teams came in multiple vehicles and wore masks and gloves as Covid-19 precuationary measures.

The NCB also searched the house of Samuel Miranda. He worked as the house manager of Sushant Singh Rajput and was present at the residence on June 14, the day Sushant was found dead at his apartment.
