This is a very happening piece of scoop for the stellar versatile actor’s global fan base across the globe as their long wait of seeing the King of B Town might get piqued with this news that their favorite SRK sports long hair for his next upcoming film Pathan.
It’s indeed thrilling and happy news that the golden moment that was much awaited by the fans, audiences, the netizens, critics and Bollywood film fraternity to see their Badshah of Bollywood back in action mode has come true since their blue eyed hunk SRK sports long hair for his next upcoming film Pathan.
It is very interesting and fresh update here as do we remember Shah Rukh’s similar long hair look that he had sported for Don 2’s entry scene back in 2011 where he looked every bit of a macho hunk guy. Well, the actor’s fans and audiences might be in for this treat yet again as they will get to see their King of Romance SRK sporting a long hair again in his upcoming YRF Films project which is titled as Pathan.
The film will be directed by Siddharth Anand, who has given us masterpiece films in form of Bang Bang (2014) and War (2019).
This film has an apt and ensemble star cast that has the Bajirao Mastani (2016) fame Deepika Padukone and the Satyameva Jayate (201) fame John Abraham who would be playing the main villain aka antagonist in the movie where Deepika will be seen playing the female lead in the action romance drama flick.
A source who is a part of the project’s development in a conversation with a leading Indian entertainment website was quoted telling, “The Siddharth Anand directorial will have him sport several looks and in one portion of the action thriller, he will have longer hair. That’s also the reason why he’s growing his hair at this moment”.
His new hair look and hair style for his character in Pathan was quite visible and easily seen by his fans when they spotted him loudly cheering his IPL team KKR (Kolkata Knight Riders) in Dubai.
While originally Shah Rukh had readily agreed to do the film in the beginning of this year 2020, the team had their plans to officially announce it during the important occasion that was the completion of 50 years of Yash Raj Films. But the event had to be cancelled owing to the growing and unstoppable COVID 19 pandemic, which has not stopped even now and then ultimately their shooting plans had to be completely changed and altered according to the present situation.
Explaining this fact the source also told, “Initially, the plan was to shoot the film in several exotic locations abroad. But now, because of the pandemic, that won’t be a feasible idea. So, they are still checking in on a few locations where filming would be easier. But primarily, majority of the film will be shot in Mumbai following all safety protocols. Sets are being erected and a lot of the high-end adrenaline pumping stunts will be shoot on the green screen. They wanted to go on floors in October, but now it will finally kick start in November”.
