Sonu Sood Comes To The Rescue Yet Another Time, Thanks To The Actor’s Kindness

Sure not all heroes wear capes, but Actor Sonu Sood has taken that saying to another level with his constant acts of kindness.

The actor turned Humanitarian is recently again in the news when he was seen responding to an SOS tweet by Vamsi Kaka, a PR consultant for the south film industry. His tweet quoted, “Noted choreographer Shivashankar Master affected with COVID-19 and now in critical condition. Due to expensive treatment the family is unable to pay the bills. Please help” followed by the contact details of the Choreographer’s son Ajay Krishna. Apparently, choreographer K Sivasankar, who is critically ill with COVID-19; his family is struggling to pay the medical bills for the 72-year-old’s treatment. Within a few hours, Sonu Sood responded “I am already in touch with the family. Will try my best to save his life.” 

K Sivasankar is noted for his work in the south film industry. His choreographing credits include films like Magadheera, for which he won the National Award for Best Choreography, Vishwa Thulasi, Thiruda Thirudi, and the first Baahubali film. Sivasankar Master has also appeared in several films as an actor including Varalaru

Only a few months back, when a global pandemic shook us to the core, where everyone’s utmost priority was looking after themselves and their loved ones, it was then when actor Sonu Sood had proved what a man he is. From extending help to the pandemic given people to being in forefront of other relief efforts, Mr. Sood emerged as a Real-life Hero to many Indians. After the nationwide lockdown in the midst of the deadly anemic, he helped hundreds of migrants reach their homes safely by arranging private buses. Additionally, he has also provided Mumbai police with 25,000 face shields to battle COVID-19. From launching toll-free helpline numbers to opening the gates of his Juhu hotel for several health workers to providing underprivileged children phones, tablets and other things to his “Shakti Annadanam” initiative which had a goal to feed at least 45,000 people every day in Mumbai, the actor’s generous gesture would win over any heart. 

 Sood, 48, is a Bollywood actor who has appeared in films like “Dabangg”, “Arundhati,” “Jodhaa Akbar,” “Dookudu”, and “Happy New Year.” With regards to his work front, the actor is currently working opposite Akshay Kumar and debutant Manushi Chillar in Prithviraj next year.
