Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja are undoubtedly amongst the coolest couples of B-town. The couple recently celebrated 2-years of marital bliss and amid the lockdown, they are cooped up together under one roof in Delhi. The Neerja actress has been quite active on social media sharing videos of cooking and work out sessions at home. She is also posting some goofy pictures with Anand giving away major couple goals.
In a recent interview, Sonam Kapoor got talking about her husband Anand Ahuja and called him ‘Gautam Buddha’. The actress further went on to poke some fun and said that if she won’t have married him he would have gone to some forest and might have become a sadhu (saint). Revealing the reason behind calling Anand ‘Gautam Buddha’, the Khoobsurat actress said that Anand is a very good person and she feels extremely lucky to marry such a person.

Sonam confessed, “Anand is black and white, to an extent where it gets annoying sometimes. He always likes to abide by the rules whether it is standing in the queue at the airport and not using the privileges even after paying for the services, and yes I have to agree to him.”
On the professional front, Sonam was last seen in The Zoya Factor alongside Dulquer Salmaan. The film didn’t perform well at the Box Office.
Up next, it is speculated that Sonam and her sister Rhea Kapoor are planning on the sequel of the 2018 film Veere Di Wedding. The girl-gang movie was well received by the audience and featured Sonam Kapoor along with Kareena Kapoor Khan, Swara Bhasker, and Shikha Talsani.
