Sonakshi Sinha Slams Outsiders For Crying About Losing Films To Star Kids

Dabangg actor Sonakshi Sinha took a dig at outsiders for complaining about losing films to star kids. Check out her statement!

We often see actors, who have no godfathers in the Bollywood industry, opening up about being dropped from films so that a star kid could be cast instead. Every time such stories surface, the entertainment industry is put under a telescope, star kids are trolled and criticized while sympathy goes to outsiders.

Very recently, actor Sonakshi Sinha came forward and slammed the outsiders for complaining about losing films to star kids. She said that despite being a star kid herself, she too has lost films.

In an interview with Pinkvilla, Sonakshi admitted to losing out on films. She said, “Of course. Who hasn’t? Like this whole star kid debate is useless because it is not like no star kid hasn’t lost out on a project because of somebody else. But nobody goes around crying about it. It’s okay, it happens to everyone. Deal with it, dude. That’s life. There is no point talking about spilt milk.”

She further added, “Chalo, forget me. My father also, who was not a star kid, has lost out on many projects. It happens to every actor, it’s part and parcel of the job. It’s not something which is so unheard of or so new, it happens to everyone and it has been happening. Like I said, it’s part and parcel of the job, you move on with your life, work hard and keep at it.”

Sonakshi Sinha is the daughter of actors Shatrughan Sinha and Poonam Sinha. She made her Bollywood debut in 2010 opposite Salman Khan in his action film ‘Dabangg’.
