International Happiness Day which celebrates the joy of being happy globally was celebrated a few days back and to mark this day, Somy Ali says happiness is bringing joy to others in need.

Former B town celebrity and now a full time social activist and philanthropist running her own NGO No More Tears, to make this day more special and memorable, in her recent tete a tete conversational interview Somy Ali says happiness is bringing joy to others in need.

In a recently conducted interview off late, the former Bollywood actress who has been part of hit films like ChuppMafia and Teesra Kaun in film industry, Somy Ali says happiness is bringing joy to others in need.

Spilling the beans about how the meaning of real happiness for her is helping traumatized and victimized people by domestic abuse and violence gain happiness through her organization No More Tears, in her latest chat interview Somy Ali says happiness is bringing joy to others in need.

Somy Ali, who has been part of films like Anth, Krishan Avtaar and Aao Pyaar Karen says true happiness stems from giving and sharing it with the needy.

Somy says for her it is important to spread happiness to those who deserve it the most. “There is more happiness in helping unhappy people gain moments of joy. Happiness is bringing joy to others in need. At least for me, that is the true definition of being happy”, she adds.

Somy, who runs a non-profit organization named No More Tears (NMT) believes it is synonym to happiness.

“NMT is happiness as it literally says No More Tears”, she adds.

What brings happiness to Somy, is listening to music and on this she concluded the interview by saying, “Meaningful music is always fun too like Sam Smith and pretty much all songs of Rajesh Khanna from back in the day”.
