The two highly anticipated movies – Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Singham Again are gearing up for a grand Diwali release in just two days. Both the big-budgeted movies are going to be a classic treat for viewers across the globe. While the fever for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 – the historic comedy is swarming on the internet, the release of Singham Again during Diwali is garnering a lot of attention. But, as a shocking twist – Singham Again appeared to be facing copyright consequences of its movie. T-series took down the new title track of Singham Again, claiming copyright issues stating that the threequel used the music of Singham (2011) for the first few seconds.

Singham Again’s title track was already gaining attention by the viewers. However, T-series who owns the copyright for all the songs of Singham, and Singham Returns pulled down the ‘new’ song and deleted it from the channel of SareGaMa Music. Even if the song was used by the owner of Singham franchise, the song could not sustain for longer.
Later, makers re-uploaded the title track of Singham Again by changing the initial tune. As soon as the song controversy occurred, the news went viral all over the internet with fans and followers speculating the unseen reason behind the same.

Many called it a ‘key strategy’ by T-series to obstruct the peaceful release of Singham Again amid clash. While most of the people called it a ‘clash-effect’, others seem to be believing the copyright-issue to be a real thing.

CBFC Demands Modifications In Singham Again
Singham Again also faced a CBFC demands of cutting and modifying certain scenes in the movie, which was comparatively not seen in the horror-comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. This has somewhat, appeared as a stain to the movie as Singham Again had to go for several editings before getting a green-certificate.
Singham Again is set to release this Diwali, on Novemebr 01st,2024 in a clash with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. How far will the clash go is what is awaited by the fans and followers nationwide.
