Singer Sukhbir Talks About Collaborating With Salman Khan On Billi Billi!

Punjabi singer Sukhbir, best known as Prince of Bhangra and featuring chart-topping Ishq Tera Tadpave and Balle Balle, is back with another Billi Billi song and this time for a Salman Khan film: Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. The singer revealed that Salman came up with the idea for a wedding song and shared it with him while the two were in Abu Dhabi.

Speaking about how the song came about, Singer Sukhbir said: “I met Salman Khan in Abu Dhabi where he had asked for a wedding/holiday song for his upcoming film and that’s when I sent him a couple of options. He loved them all but he especially fell in love with Billi Billi which is a Punjabi song and lyrics so we started work on this Hindi version which was written by lyricist Kumaar and the music was produced by DJ Dips and Supernova.”

Speaking about his experience while filming with Salman Khan, the singer added: “My experience was just amazing. I didn’t expect Salman Khan to be so hands-on when it comes to every detail, he would call me to discuss the lyrics and musical snippets, ask me to edit certain parts to make them make sense for the song’s graphics and the best part was filming the video which was filmed in Mumbai.” “He made sure everyone was well looked after and I particularly enjoyed eating with his times as he gave us the opportunity to have one-on-one sessions to talk about the film amid much banter,” she added.
