In midst of the ongoing investigation and examination of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, the recent important update is that late actor’s friend Siddharth turns witness in Sushant’s death case.
The apex and pivotal investigation agency CBI has been constantly questioning and grilling the late Bollywood actor’s family after which this is now officially confirmed that Siddharth turns witness in Sushant’s death case.

According to the recent and latest news media reports, CBI will be recording his statement under the section 164 of CrPC.
Apparently late actor’s close friend Siddharth Pithani was one of the few people who was present physically during the time of his death at his house in Bandra.
As per the recent development and updates in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, The CBI is all set and ready to record Siddharth Pithani’s statement. It is true that CBI will be officially recording his statement under section 164 of CrPC as he has been officially summoned yet again by the investigation agency to be a part of the same as a key and important witness.
If the latest media agencies reports are to be taken to into consideration, then currently Siddharth Pithani is under the radar and scanner of the CBI where he is being monitored for everything that he does.
According to a leading Indian digital news website, Siddharth might have already reached Delhi for the further proceedings as a witness of the late actor’s death to the CBI.
This is also now public knowledge about how earlier the late actor’s friend Siddharth had shared many shocking revelations and truths in connection with Sushant.
He also specified about the fact of how Sushant had literally just fainted after having heard the unexpected news of Disha Salian’s death.
Meanwhile, CBI is readily going to execute Section 302 that stands for a murder charge in Sushant Singh Rajput’s ongoing death investigation probe.
Earlier, the late bollywood actor Sushant’s entire family and their case lawyer Vikas Singh had complained about the very slow pace of the death investigation being done by the CBI. After which Sushant’s father KK Singh, also recently met Bihar’s Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to talk and discuss in detail about the same.
Meanwhile, the AIIMS team have also submitted their final compiled forensic report to CBI.
Reportedly, numerous loopholes and mistakes have come into light after the submission of the findings where now the central agency is likely to review the same.
On the other hand, even now the late actor’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik, former house manager Samuel Miranda, and staff Dipesh Sawant remain under judicial custody.
