Shraddha Kapoor Took Two Weeks “To Get A Beach Body” Reveals Her Trainer

Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor is in the discussion for her most recently released film, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, which also starred Ranbir Kapoor. The diva maintains a rigorous fitness regimen that allows her to seamlessly inhabit the characters in her films. TJMM failed to generate much buzz when it was released, but the audience praised her appearance in the film. Her personal fitness coaches, Praveen and Maahek, have now discussed how diligently she worked to achieve the ideal bikini body in an interview with a media outlet.

In an interview with The Indian Express, Shraddha’s personal trainer shared her regimen throughout the film’s shoot. Especially throughout Spain and Mauritius’ international schedule. In order to comprehend Shraddha’s persona and the several time zones, Praveen recalls holding meetings with the director, Luv Ranjan. He continued by saying that because they only had two weeks to get her bikini-ready, the actress had to exercise at least four times every week.

Maahek continued to compliment the 36-year-old actress for having a great body during their conversation. Her meals had been kept “high in fibre, middling in protein, low in carbs, and low in fat.” Shraddha continued to fast intermittently for 14–16 hours during the same period.

The trainers clarified her nutrition by saying that during Phase 1 of her training, she ate mainly liquid meals. She also ate tofu, vegetables, sprouts, and gluten-free cuisine on occasion. Shraddha consumed macro-counted meals for the second part of her training, which included bowls of leaf-based salad, vegetable soups, and Asian greens.
