The superstar of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan has finally announced the name of his upcoming film with the popular director Atlee. SRK shared the teaser of his upcoming next Jawan and fans can’t wait for the release. SRK’s upcoming action entertainer will have a pan India release. The film is slated for 2 June 2023. Apart from Shah Rukh Khan, the film stars Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra, and Sunil Grover. The movie will be wide release in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada languages.
Well, the shocking revelation is that Nayanthara was not the first choice of the filmmakers. The first choice for playing the lead role was Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Actress Samantha gained popularity with the item number Oo Antava Oo Oo Antava and she was the first choice of the filmmakers. A few months back, there were rumors that actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu was first approached for the SRK’s film in the year 2019. Unfortunately, according to the reports the actress has rejected the offer as she was doing family plans with her now ex-husband Naga Chaitanya. She turned down the offer as she was thinking of going with the family plans. The reports suggest that the popular actress opted out of the big-ticket film as she was planning for going on a family way and this resulted in Nayanthara getting the offer.
For the unversed, Naga and Samantha both announced their separation on social media through a long note. Both the actors were married for a long time and then things didn’t work between them which led to separation. Naga said in a statement, “It was a decision taken in the best interests of the two of us. She’s happy. I’m also happy. Both of us are doing well professionally too.”
