Over the past few years, many actors and actresses have called it quits on acting. After working as an actor in the entertainment industry for a long time and winning several hearts, actor Rohit Bose Roy has decided to take a break from his acting career. Many projects are coming his way and he is excited about them. But amidst so many opportunities he has taken a plunge by deciding to take a break from acting. In a recent interview, he revealed the reason for the same and also shared about his new venture.
Revealing the reason for taking a break from acting, Rohit Roy said, “I am going to focus on my directorial. I have worked on the script which is ready and I will meet people to narrate the story. The next 18 months will be only about my film now. I have had a great time as an actor and done some good work, especially since 2016 and Kaabil. But now it is time to make my film.”
The popular actor has wrapped up shooting for five films in various languages and among them, one is a British venture. Talking about the same he said, “It has been so heartening to shoot for five projects in the last one and a half years. I always had gratitude in my heart, but these projects have made me more so.”
Later on, talking about his upcoming project he also said that his Kannada debut project is an interesting subject.
