With the recent Mumbai cruise party drugs nexus being unravelled and busted by the apex drugs regulation controlling authority Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in Mumbai and since the moment everyone came to know that the global superstar and Badshah of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan’s eldest son Aryan Khan has been arrested by the NCB and would be in official custody till 7th October its been a chaos everywhere and latest update is that even the well known senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor slams those who trolled SRK on his son Aryan’s arrest.

Taking to his social media account on microblogging site Twitter a few hours back, the senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor slams those who trolled SRK on his son Aryan’s arrest.

Mentioning clearly about how he is feeling appalled and really furoius along with being ‘repelled by the ghoulish epicaricacy’ of those trollers on social media who are ‘witch-hunting’ Shah Rukh Khan in the wake of the media frenzy and attention particularly surrounding the arrest of his son Aryan Khan in the Mumbai cruise drug bust case. Shashi Tharoor furthermore in a tweet, has humbly requested and called for feeling empathy towards their family’s entire situation.
For people who don’t know and are unaware, Aryan Khan is amongst one of the three people who had been arrested by the NCB on Sunday evening after an impromptu raid was carried out by the NCB team at a rave party on a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai and yes even after appearing in a Mumbai court, he has straightaway been denied the anticipatory bail on Monday and also has been sent to NCB custody till Thursday which is 7th October 2021.
Twitter has since been buzzing with varied and interesting reactions from all quarters. Amidst all of this social media frenzy and media glare surrounding the Khan family and especially Shah Rukh’s son Aryan, Shashi Tharoor took to Twitter on Monday and posted, “I am no fan of recreational drugs & haven’t ever tried any, but I am repelled by the ghoulish epicaricacy displayed by those now witch-hunting @iamsrk on his son’s arrest. Have some empathy, folks. The public glare is bad enough; no need to gleefully rub a 23yr old’s face in it”.
The Mumbai court on Monday finally ended up accepting NCB’s request and plea about Aryan Khan and his friends being kept into further custody which is definitely needed after the seizure and confiscation of drugs from the rave party. Those sent to remand on Monday are Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha.
Its true that all the major NCB officials had been working diligently on this drug bust from the past two weeks. They acted on a tip off that they got, and caught their co-passengers consuming drugs red-handed.
