Satish Kaushik Death: The entire Bollywood industry is mourning the sudden demise of actor and filmmaker Satish Kaushik. The talented actor passed away on March 9 due to a heart attack. He was 66 years old. Satish Kaushik shared a great bond with Anil Kapoor and Anupam Kher. Anupam came to know about Satish Kaushik’s death at 2 am and shared this news on Twitter at 5:30 in the morning. Meanwhile, he also told during a media interaction that Anil Kapoor, who is currently out of India, is devastated by the news. Anil has now expressed his deep sorrow in a social media post.

He shared a series of pictures from different phases of their lives and wrote, “The Laurels of the industry have lost their Hardy…the Three Musketeers have lost the most talented, generous and loving Musketeer and I have lost my younger brother…gone too soon…I love you Satish.”

Actor Salman Khan also shared a throwback picture and wrote a heartfelt note. The caption reads, “Always loved cared n respected him n shall always remember him for the man that he was. May his soul rest in peace n strength to family n loved ones. .”

Akshay Kumar tweeted, “Chanda Mama is gone. Deeply saddened to hear about Satish Kaushik ji’s demise. Will remember him for the spontaneous laughter he brought to the sets of Mr & Mrs Khiladi. Am sure he’s already making everyone smile in heaven. Om Shanti.”

Satish Kaushik is known for his iconic roles in films like Saajan Chale Sasural, Mr. India, Mr and Mrs. Khiladi, Ram Lakhan etc. His funeral will take place at Versova Crematorium today.
