But battling all the odds, Sanjay is ready to resume shooting Prithviraj post-Diwali with Akshay Kumar.

Sanjay Dutt has recently been diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer. While reports were doing rounds that the actor will be going to the US or Singapore for his treatment, he got treated at KokilaBen Dhirubhai Ambani hospital in Mumbai. This was confirmed by an official statement from wife Maanayata to the media.
The statement read, ”Sanju will complete his preliminary treatment in Mumbai. We will formulate further plans of travel depending on how and when the COVID situation eases. As of now, Sanju is in the best hands of our esteemed doctors at Kokilaben hospital”.
Amidst his ongoing treatment for the same, the actor recently went to Dubai along with wife Maanayata and their kids through a private jet. The latest news says that Sanjay Dutt is geared up to complete all his film projects.
A leading digital news publication report says that Sanjay Dutt will be coming back post-Diwali to shoot for YRF’s big-budget historical period drama film Prithviraj.
The report quoted a source who said, ”Sanju has finished 85-90 percent of Prithviraj shoot already and he has just 5 to 6 days of shoot left. He has finished maximum portions of principle photography and he will be resuming the Prithviraj shoot immediately post Diwali. He has been a rockstar as he is finishing all his shooting commitments. The makers are planning this shoot basis this time window and will wrap up the entire film immediately”.
Prithviraj is an action-packed and star-studded historical period drama film starring the Khiladi of Bollywood Akshay Kumar who will play the lead role and Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar has been cast opposite him in the film which would mark her official debut in the Bollywood film industry.
While Sanjay Dutt is battling with cancer like a true warrior, his wife Maanayata who has always stood by his side like a rock is seen spreading happiness, positivity, and motivation through her Instagram posts which are all related to him and his ongoing battle.
