Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn and filmmaker Rohit Shetty’s duo is one of the most iconic duo’s in the industry. The two are known to have collaborated for some blockbuster hit pictures like Singham, Golmaal, and many other films. Meanwhile, as per the latest reports, it is now believed that both Ajay and Rohit will hopefully be reuniting again for their film, “Singham 3”.
On Thursday, film trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared an update on Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn’s collaboration for their film “Singham Again”. Taking to his Twitter Taran Adarsh wrote, “#Xclusiv… AJAY DEVGN – ROHIT SHETTY REUNITE FOR ‘SINGHAM AGAIN’… BIGGG NEWS… One of the most successful combinations ever – #AjayDevgn and director #RohitShetty – collaborate once again… For #SinghamAgain [yes, that’s the title]… Will start once #Ajay is free from #Bholaa,”
Both Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty have earlier collaborated for the first two parts of Singham. The first part featured South actress Kajal Agarwal alongside Ajay Devgn. However, the sequel of the film starred Kareena Kapoor alongside Ajay Devgn. The female lead for the third part is still not known.
Talking about the film Rohit Shetty earlier told Indian Express, “I am focusing on the next chapter of Singham. We will be starting the film in April next year, after Cirkus releases. While Singham is technically part of Simba and Sooryavanshi, it’s been a long time since I worked with Ajay. The last Singham came in 2014 and is yet one of the most favorite films on satellite. Time has changed and the canvas has become bigger and I have been wanting to make something with Ajay,”
On the work front, Ajay Devgn was recently seen in Drishyam 2, he is currently gearing up for his film, Bholaa. On the other hand, Rohit Shetty is currently awaiting the release of his film, Cirkus starring Ranveer Singh. He also has his much-anticipated web series, Indian Police Force starring Sidharth Malhotra, Akshay Kumar, and others.
