Music composer Shravan Rathod of the popular Nadeem-Shravan duo has passed away. He died on Thursday evening due to Covid-19. He was 66 years old.
His son Sanjeev Rathod confirmed the news to a leading news channel. Sanjeev told, “He passed away tonight. He was not responding to treatment at all. He passed away at the hospital. Please pray for his soul.”
Shravan was admitted to SL Raheja hospital in Mumbai a few days ago after he tested positive for Covid-19. Shravan was diabetic. It is reported that he had also developed heart complications and was on ventilator for the last few days.

Nadeem and Shravan were one of the most popular composer duos in the 90s. They composed music for films such as Aashiqui, Saajan, Dil Hai Ke Maanta Nahin, Sadak and Deewana, among many others
