This much awaited political suspense thriller drama series is all set to premiere digitally on the renowned OTT streaming platform Voot Select and cherry on top of the cake is that having an aptly selected ensemble star cast of Richa Chadha and Ronit Roy in leading roles, taking to their social media handle on instagram, both Richa and Ronit unveil teaser of Voot Select’s new drama series titled Candy.

A day back on thursday, renowned bollywood actors Richa Chadha and Ronit Roy finally did the curtain raiser by unveiling the original video teaser for their much awaited renowned OTT streaming platform Voot Select’s new drama series titled Candy which is giving an assurity of being full of action and thrill and has been helmed by Ashish R Shukla.
Candy is set to hit the digital screens in September 2021. The webseries has a stellar star cast in form of Ronit Roy who will be seen essaying the role of a teacher and Richa Chadha is going to be seen portraying a strong and power-packed role of police personnel. Leaving no stone unturned, the Voot Select original series CANDY produced by Optimystix Entertainment is a complete entertainer.
The plot of Candy revolves around stories of drugs, politics, ambition, and murder. It is set in a boarding school in a misty hill town.

The less than one-minute teaser takes us through the story of Ronit Roy and Richa Chadha’s character and the mystery around Candy.
The teaser looks, intriguing, full of suspense and thrills. Meanwhile, on the work front, Richa also awaits the release of her upcoming project ‘The Six Suspects’, directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia in which the actress will be seen as an investigative officer in the web series and on flip side, Ronit Roy’s next is Shamshera and Liger.
