Richa won the defamation case against actress Payal Ghosh and later she took to her Instagram post whereby she shared the pictures of High Court’s order in it and mocking actress Payal Ghosh she wrote a caption which read, “And yes, this is what a win looks like. ??????”
This case actually started the moment Payal dragged Richa Chadha’s name in her ongoing case where she placed very serious allegations of sexual misconduct against Anurag Kashyap and then Richa filed a defamation case against Payal with charges of maligning her name and reputation everywhere.
Richa Chadha versus Payal Ghosh recently saw its end in the form of high court announcing the decision in favour of Richa.
Where Richa won the defamation case against her and she thanked the honorable high court for their proper justice in the same.

This post from Richa comes after Payal posted about it on her official Twitter handle where her post, caption read, “These are our conditions in para 3, accepted by plaintiff & her lawyer, so by putting certain conditions in para 3, it becomes conditional apology Jai Hind!! India is intelligent enough to understand wording in consent term, amicable settlement mean no win no lose, only win & win”.
As of now, Richa’s case against Kamaal R Khan and a news channel is still going on but for the moment she is very elated and excited on this big win of hers as her faith in judicial system got restored yet again where she said a price tag can’t be put on her reputation.
