Bollywood actor Rhea Chakraborty quit social media last year when she was bashed and abused after Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. Every time she made a post, her comment section was filled with abusive and hateful messages from people. She made her last Instagram post on August 27 in which she shared a video of how her father was mobbed by the media in their residential building.
Six months have passed and Rhea is healing from the trauma now. She has made her first Instagram post after this long. On the occasion of Women’s Day, she shared a picture holding her mother’s hand. She wrote in the caption, “Happy Women’s Day to us ..Maa and me .. together forever … my strength, my faith, my fortitude – my Maa.”
This time, she has not disabled the comment section. Instead, she left it open and it is beautiful to see people leaving lovely messages for her. Hrithik Roshan’s ex-wife was one of the many who dropped heart emoticon on her post.
