Rhea Chakraborty Files Complaint Against Her Neighbor

Rhea Chakraborty has filed a legal complaint against her neighbor for misleading the CBI investigation in Sushant Singh Rajput case.

Rhea Chakraborty is ready to fight against everyone who carried out a witch hunt and made several accusations without any truth to it. Rhea was granted bail by the Bombay High Court a few days ago. And the first thing she did was to hit back at her neighbor Dimple Thawani who allegedly made false claims against Rhea.

Rhea filed a legal complaint against her neighbor for making false and bogus allegations’ while knowing them to be false, ‘to mislead the investigation’. She wrote in her complaint, “The allegation was that the late Sushant Singh Rajput had dropped me to my residence in his car on the 13th of June 2020, which is utterly false. I say that the said conduct makes out a prima facie case punishable under Sections 203 and 211 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 which is punishable with imprisonment for a minimum of 7 years. The said offences are serious and the allegations were made on Republic TV channel without any basis.”

It is reported that Rhea will send a complete list of people who made false allegations in Sushant’s death case. She will be requesting the CBI to take a legal action who made fake claims on news channels for two-minutes of glory.

Meanwhile, several production houses including that of Aamir Khan, Farhan Akhtar, Shahrukh Khan and Akshay Kumar have sent a legal notice to two leading news channels and its editors for demeaning Bollywood.
