Everyone knows how since her arrest last month on the 9th September by the NCB, new developments and explosive revelations have been happening ever since in the ongoing cross examination and thorough investigation of the late actor Sushant’s death case being which is being done by the apex drugs controlling agency NCB who is deeply digging into the drugs angle probe that also got a big connection to the fact that there is indeed an existence of an illegal drugs cartel racket residing within the Bollywood.
Mumbai Special court has taken a decision and made up their mind thereby increasing and extending the judicial custody of Rhea and Showik by two more weeks in the jail till 20th October 2020.
The brother sister duo were recently presented in front of the NDPS court after their 14 days judicial custody had ended.
They had applied for the conditional bail in the Bombay High Court, on which the final arguments and discussions for the same were heard by Justice S V Kotwal on 29th September who has taken the decision thereby reserving his final judgement on it.
Rhea was arrested on the 9th September 2020 by the NCB after they got to know about the former girlfriend’s role and connection in the drugs angle probe of the late actor Sushant’s death case and also along with her, the younger brother Showik also confessed about Rhea and his own involvement in the same following which even he was arrested by the NCB.
