Ranbir Is First In Kapoor Family To Clear 10th Grade

Ranbir Kapoor is the most educated person in the Kapoor Family passing 10th class

Kapoor Family is the biggest family connected to the film industry and serving Bollywood for four generations. Right from legendary Prithviraj Kapoor to Ranbir Kapoor everyone has been a part of Indian Cinema. Ranbir Kapoor, who belongs to the fourth generation of Kapoor Khandaan has revealed that education was not prioritized. 

It is clear that everyone aimed to become an actor as they grew older. The Tamasha actor is the only one in the family to pass 10th class. It was a celebration when he cleared matriculation exams with a below-average score. Ranbir revealed that he was the first boy in the family to pass the 10th board. He also disclosed the fact that he was weak in studies. 

The Shamshera actor is busy promoting his upcoming film. In the same process, he met social media influencer, Dolly Singh. Ranbir Kapoor made this biggest revelation in a chat with Dolly’s character Raju Ki Mummy. Both shot a short video as a part of film promotion. In the video, Dolly aka Raju Ki Mummy, and Ranbir are seen having a fun conversation. 

As they move ahead she asked Ranbir whether he chose maths or science post 10th. The Ae Dil Hai Mushkil star was caught saying he took accounts and was very weak in studies when Dolly further asked about how good he was at studies. She then tend to ask his percentage in SSC, the actor replied 53.4 percent. 

He said, “When my results came, my family was so happy that they kept a huge party for me. They had no expectations. I am the first boy in my family who passed his 10th exams.” As Dolly said Kapoor family’s secret is being weak in studies and spectacular in acting, Ranbir said, “I don’t know that but thank you.”

Back in 2017, the actor mentioned that he is the most educated person in Kapoor Family. He revealed: “My family’s history isn’t that good. My father failed in 8th grade, my uncle in 9th, and my grandfather in the 6th grade. I am actually the most educated member of my family.”

Ranbir returned to the silver screen after four years of hiatus and will be seen in Shamshera alongside Vaani Kapoor. The period drama movie produced under the banners of Yash Raj Films will be released on July 22. Meanwhile, he is also gearing up for Brahmastra with his wife Alia Bhatt and shooting for Luv Ranjan’s next opposite Shraddha Kapoor.
