Ram Setu Box Office Collection Day 1: Akshay Kumar starrer Ram Setu is now out in the theatres. The film was released today on 25th October alongside Ajay Devgn and Sidharth Malhotra’s film Thank God. The action-drama flick opened up to positive reviews from the audience. While now the film has successfully managed to start off at the box office with decent earnings. As per the trade reports, the Akshay Kumar starrer film has now minted 15cr on its opening day.

Akshay Kumar starrer Ram Setu which was released alongside Ajay Devgn-Sidharth Malhotra’s film Thank God has now opened up to impressive earnings at the box office on its opening day, and without any doubts, the film has even left behind Ajay Devgn’s film Thank God as well. After delivering some major flops like Samrat Prithviraj, Bachchhan Paandey, and Raksha Bandhan, Akshay Kumar’s Ram Setu has turned out to be a lifesaver for the actor.

As per a report in boxofficeindia.com, Abhishek Sharma’s directorial witnessed impressive earnings of approx ₹15 crores on its opening day. As per the report, Ram Setu’s first-day earnings are apparently the second-best opening-day earnings after Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. The first-day box office earnings of Ram Setu are almost double of Raksha Bandhan’s opening-day collections.

Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar’s Ram Setu revolves around the plot of whether Ram Setu is a myth or a reality. Akshay essays the role of Dr. Aryan Kulshreshtha, an archaeologist, who is challenged to prove whether Ram Setu is a man-made bridge. Dr. Aryan later gets joined by Dr. Sandra Rebelo played by Jacqueline Fernandez. The film also stars Satya Dev, Nushrrat Bharuccha, Pravesh Rana, and others.

Ram Setu is directed by Abhishek Sharma and co-produced by Cape of Good Films along with Amazon Prime Video, Abundantia Entertainment, and Lyca Productions.
