Ram has been active in Mumbai advertising circuit from 1997 onwards, he first got the opportunity to compose music for the multi-starrer movie Khakee in 2004, is what paved the way for him into filmdom.
Along with his own career as a Solo Artist, he has fronted the band Colourblind and produced albums for artists such as Sona Mohapatra, INXS, Justin Timberlake, Shaan, and Shiamak Davar along with mentoring / grooming a whole range of upcoming talent over the years.
22 years of his experience he is one of the most sought-after composers/ music producer’s in advertising, having created more than 5000 jingles, mostly signature tunes for Airtel, Docomo, Thums Up, LG, CloseUp among many other major brands.
However, he is best known for his work in Delhi Belly 2011 for which he even received numerous awards.
He now has his own music production house “OmGrown Music”,
