Nora took to Instagram to share photographs from the event and wrote, “What an AMAZING SURPRISE flash mob THANK u guys for planning this. Today history is made as I’m officially the first African Arab female artist to hit 1 billion on youtube #dilbar! And I couldn’t do it without your unconditional love and support! I’m forever GRATEFUL and GREATLY HUMBLED… more to come”.
A big celebration was organized at the T-Series’ Mumbai office which included a flash mob and a cake with 1 Billion Dilbar written on it. There were around 50 kids in the flash mob who performed to hi track and were trained by Rajit.
Rajit and Nora had left the audience shocked with the latter’s classic Bollywood dance in the music video Chhor Denge. The former had earlier said, “This was a challenge for both of us because there are people who say that she is good at item numbers, but I know that as a performer she could do anything, and though it was a challenge, she proved herself in this one”.
