Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen has recently been the talk of the town for her relationship with businessman Lalit Modi, however, the actress recently gave it back to the trollers for calling her a ‘Gold Digger’. Meanwhile, now her brother Rajeev Sen has now also given his reaction to the trolls, as he called his sister a ‘self-made woman.
Rajeev Sen Reacts To People Trolling His Sister Sushmita Sen
Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen is currently dating the IPL founder and businessman Lalit Modi. Last week the businessman shared some pictures with Sushmita on his Twitter account. He wrote, “Just back in London after a whirling global tour #maldives # sardinia with the families – not to mention my #better looking partner @sushmitasen47 – a new beginning a new life finally. Over the moon. In love does not mean marriage YET. BUT ONE THAT For sure.”
Soon after which the netizens began trolling the duo for being an imperfect match for each other. While many trollers even trolled the actress for maintaining her relationship with the businessman for monetary purposes as they called her ‘Gold Digger’. However, the actress gracefully gave it back to the trollers. She took to her Instagram post and wrote, “It’s heartbreaking to see just how miserable & unhappy the world around us is becoming….The so called intellectuals with their idiosyncrasies….the ignorant with their cheap & at times funny gossip. The friends I never had & the acquaintances I’ve never met….all sharing their grand opinions & deep knowledge of my life & character…monetising the ‘Gold Digger’ all the way!!! Ah these geniuses!!! I dig deeper than Gold…and I’ve always (famously) preferred Diamonds!! And yes I still buy them myself!!!”
Meanwhile now Sushmita’s brother Rajeev Sen also came up in her sister’s defense and slammed the trollers. During a recent interview, Rajeev said, “A lot has been said about my sister negatively regarding her current pictures with Mr Modi. I can proudly say that my sister is a self-made woman. She knows her priorities, she is a responsible mother and a role model for many Indians. Nothing can take that away from her. Also, whatever my sister had to say, she has done that through her Instagram posts.”
Apart from this Rajeev also opened up about his relationship with Charu Asopa and rumors that his sister unfollowed him on Instagram due to his ongoing issues with Charu. Reacting to the rumors he said, “The reality is that she never followed me on Instagram. Secondly, the only place she is following me is on Twitter, and that, too, for long. The media is also claiming that my sister is following my wife Charu and is thus, supporting her. All I can say is that my sister is smart enough to know where we stand and by now everyone has understood how simple my wife is, as she has mastered the art of playing the victim card.”
