Businessman Raj Kundra has been denied bail again in a pornographic-related case. He has been sent to 14 days of judicial custody at Arthur Road Jail. Raj Kundra was arrested on July 19 in a case related to the alleged creation of pornographic films and publishing them through some apps. He has been booked under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act.
A few days ago, Mumbai Police Crime Branch had raided Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra’s residence located in Juhu. ANI has quoted the Mumbai Police sources that Shilpa fought with Raj Kundra who was brought home by the crime branch during the raid. It is also reported that Shilpa broke down in tears during the argument and the team had to step in to calm her down.
