Shweta Rohira who is a popular digital content creator, book reviewer, travel enthusiast and lifestyle blogger, recently met with a severe road accident, the ex-wife of actor Pulkit Samrat. Shockingly, the incident left her with multiple fractures, bruises and a swollen lip. Sharing her horrible experience through an Instagram post, where she penned down a long note about the harrowing event and expressing her resilience. Also, celebrities like Sonu Nigam, Divya Aggarwal, and Shweta Mahadik poured in their support through heartfelt comments.
Shweta, who is also known as Salman Khan’s Rakhi sister, posted a picture from her hospital bed, showing visible injuries. In her caption, she wrote, “Life is full of surprises, isn’t it? One moment, you’re humming #KalHoNaaHo and planning your day. The next, life says ‘Hold my chai’ and sends a bike your way.” She narrated how she was hit unexpectedly, leading to her being thrown off balance and sustaining injuries.
She further elaborated on her recovery journey, stating, “Fractured bones, bruises, and endless hours in bed—this wasn’t on my to-do list. But maybe the universe thought I needed a lesson in patience or just wanted me to star in my own mini-soap opera, complete with hospital drama.”
Several celebrities expressed concern and sent their best wishes. Singer Sonu Nigam commented, “Oh my God, Shweta… This is traumatic. God bless you. Messaging you on WhatsApp.” Reality star Divya Aggarwal wrote, “Omg! Please take care and get well soon. More power to you.” Actress-influencer Shweta Mahadik added, “Get well soon, sending you lots of strength.”

Shweta Rohira’s accident quickly became a talking point, as her followers flooded the comments section with prayers and good wishes. Despite the physical pain, she assured everyone that she remains positive believing that setbacks only make a person stronger. “The truth is, sometimes life shakes us to break us, only to rebuild us stronger. After all, destruction paves the way for construction,” she wrote.
For those unfamiliar, Shweta Rohira was previously married to Bollywood actor Pulkit Samrat. The duo tied the knot in 2014 but parted ways in 2015. Later, Pulkit is now married to actress Kriti Kharbanda in 2024.
Apart from her digital content creation, Shweta made her Bollywood debut in 2018 with Sunil Thadani’s short film ‘Parineeti’. She also gained recognition for her role in the play That’s My Girl.
