Priya says, “I do yoga and meditation and I combine it with running and functional. Yoga has helped me during these difficult times. The pandemic has hit us hard and there were more difficult days than good. Meditation is something that really allows me to have a bird’ eye view of my life and helps me express myself in the best way possible. I had to really kick in the deep reserves of positive energy during these times. Then I added running and functional to get the dimensions and I have combined them fairly well. Diet is the key here and I have been eating for performance and that has changed my outlook towards fitness and what it really means. We ought to take a form and keep moving. The bodies are designed for that and we can cure more than half the diseases by just having a good diet and a form of working out.”
