In another Instagram story, Ileana shared a picture with her boyfriend from a restaurant. While enjoying their meal, Ileana clicked a photo of their hands. They both can be seen wearing gorgeous rings which might be their engagement rings. Ileana wrote, “My idea of romance..clearly can’t let him eat in peace.”
