In a totally not surprising and kind of predictable chain of events which happened after the stellar actress taking to her official social media handle dropped a tweet wherein she mentioned of having a range much diverse then Meryl Streep and Gal Gadot, it was the totally expected reaction of followers wherein post comparing herself to Meryl Streep, Kangana roasted by netizens.

She is one of the very few who always loves being in the limelight even on social media attention and also leaves any chance for it as well. Lately basking and garnering the success of her entire bollywood career till now after her first character look poster as Agent Agni from the much anticipated female led spy thriller film Dhaakad got dropped by the makers got lauded by her fans and critics, It was only a few hours back in the afternoon itself that Kangana immediately took to her twitter handle and shared a couple of her pictures and wrote a tweet wherein she compared herself to Hollywood superstars like Meryl Streep and Gal Gadot.
Soon after she shared the pictures and her tweet on microblogging site, the netizens literally slammed and roasted her for this obnoxious comparison.
Sharing the pictures, the quintessential fashionista last seen in the hit film Panga (2019), tweeted, “Massive transformation alert, The kind of range I display as a performer no other actress on this globe has that right now, I have raw talent like Meryl Streep for layered character depictions but I can also do skilled action and glamour like Gal Gadot #Thalaivi #Dhaakad”.
Further, she also continued in another tweet and wrote, “I am open for debate if anyone can show me more range and brilliance of craft than me by any other actress on this planet I promise to give up my arrogance, until then I can surely afford the luxury of pride #Thalaivi #Dhaakad”.
This resulted in netizens roasting and slamming the national award winning actress along with citing her tweet to be blasphemy. A social media user wrote, “Kangana and Meryl Streep in one breath? BLASPHEMY. Kangana is nowhere close to Meryl and can never be. Why is Kangana so pompous?”.
After seeing the social media trolls and enthusiasts roasting her for the tweet, Kangana not holding herself back also lashed out at them and wrote another tweet as her hard hitting response which read, “I honestly want to know why do we worship white people? Forget their budgets and our age gap, tell me about just acting. Can she do Thalaivi and Dhaakad? Queen and Tanu? Fashion and Panga? Kaya and Datto? The answer is she can’t, then why not emerge from the deep-rooted complex?”.
