A while back, Poonam Pandey surprised her fans and followers by announcing her wedding with her boyfriend Sam Bombay. She took to her social media platform to share adorable pictures of her in the wedding outfit alongside her husband. The pictures from her private wedding ceremony quickly went viral on the internet garnering a lot of attention. Soon the newly-married couple flew to Goa for their honeymoon. Now the latest report suggests, Poonam Pandey has filed an FIR against her husband for molesting and threatening her.
Following the complaint, Sam Bombay has been taken into custody by the Goa Police. This incident took place late Monday night, informed Inspector Tukaram Chavan of Canacona police station.
He said, “Poonam Pandey filed a complaint late Monday night claiming her husband Sam Bombay had molested her and threatened her with dire consequences after assaulting her. He was arrested.”
The victim is yet to appear for mandatory medical tests owing to the assault accusations, said the Inspector.
For the unknown, Poonam Panday married to her long time boyfriend Sam Bombay on September 10, 2020. After arriving in Goa, the Nasha actress even shared a glimpse of her honeymoon on her social media account. She captioned the video, “Having the best honeymoon :)”
After the wedding ceremony, Sam Bombay also shared the picture of their wedding ceremony on his Instagram handle. However, now he has deleted the pictures from the handle leaving everyone baffled.
Poonam Pandey hasn’t shared anything about the incident on her social media or has given any statement.
Reportedly, Poonam Pandey is currently shooting for a film in Goa. The detail of the film isn’t available but she allegedly chose Goa to be her honeymoon destination to keep up the shooting schedule.
