Bollywood actress Pooja Hedge is busy shooting for her upcoming film Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali. Recently, during her travel with Indigo Airlines, the actress slammed the airline company for their rude employees. In a tweet on Thursday, the actress shared her disappointment with the flight crew.
Taking to her Instagram account on Thursday the ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ actress wrote in a tweet, “Extremely sad with how rude @IndiGo6E staff member, by the name of Vipul Nakashe behaved with us today on our flight out from Mumbai. Absolutely arrogant, ignorant and threatening tone used with us for no reason. Normally I don’t tweet abt these issues, but this was truly appalling.” The incident took place while Pooja was flying out of Mumbai.
Meanwhile, to her tweet the airline company responded by saying, “Ms. Hegde, sorry to note your experience. We’d like to connect with you immediately hence, please DM us your PNR along with the contact number. ~Linda”.
Although this is not the first time that an actor has complained about any airlines. Previously many actors from Bollywood have encountered somewhat similar instances. Actress Chitrangda Singh has also encountered quite a similar situation when she shared a video from inside the flight, as she wrote, “Flight 391 Goair to Delhi from Mumbai @g8.goair is the rudest the worst air hostesses ever!!! #rikusingh #jamie & #christopher #meenal all of them Please teach them some manners. Most high handed and arrogant attitude I have ever seen! Very disappointed with all of them. It reminded me of my worst experiences at #airindia.” She added in her story, “The incident was not with me but the person sitting next to me who was being ill treated by the air hostesses despite him being utterly polite & patient it was just NOT done for the crew to show such arrogance! @gofirstairways.”
Apart from Chitrangda, Arya Babbar had recounted a similar experience in a Go First flight, where he had an argument with the pilot. He shared a video on his Instagram handle. The fight began after the pilot got offended by a joke made by Arya. Arya wrote, “Sensitive Pilot. @g8.goair @gofirstairways Go Air fines people if they laugh.”
On the work front, the actress debuted in the Bollywood industry with Mohenjo Daro opposite Hritik Roshan, after which she appeared in many Bollywood films while she was recently seen in Chiranjeevi’s Acharya. The actress is currently gearing for her upcoming Bollywood films like ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’, ‘Cirkus’, ‘Jana Gana Mana’, and more.
