A couple of days ago, actor-model Milind Soman celebrated his 55th birthday. To celebrate the special day, taking to his social media handle he shared a picture of himself running on the beach in Goa. The thing that caught everyone’s attention about the photo was the fact that Soman is actually running naked. Following the same, many people criticized and trolled the model for posting a naked picture. However, now a complaint has been registered against Milind Soman by the Goa Police.
The reason behind registering the police complaint is Milind Soman running naked on the beach and also sharing the same on his social media handles.
The 55-year old has been booked under IPC Section 294 (Obscene acts and songs) and 67 (Punishment for publishing/transmitting obscene material in electronic form) of the IT Act.
According to the reports, the complaint has been filed by Goa Suraksha Manch for running without clothes on the beach. And also posting it on social media. As of now, Milind Soman is yet to react to this complaint.
This is for the second time that a celebrity has been into legal trouble for obscene acts in Goa. A few days back, actress Poonam Pandey also landed herself into a legal feud for the same.
The complaint against the Nasha actress was filed by the Women’s Wing Of The Goa Forward Party. Reportedly, Poonam shot an adult-oriented video at Goa’s Chapoli Dam.
The registered FIR filed by the Women’s Wing Of The Goa Forward Party was in regard to shooting vulgar content. However, now Poonam Pandey and her husband Sam Bombay are out on bail.
There are many calling out this obscene acts as bad. On the other hand, a few are saying that society should break the taboo against all of it.
Indeed, it seems like Milind Soman and Poonam Pandey’s legal trouble has got the internet divided into two.
