Actress Payal Ghosh’s lawyer Nitin Satpute addressed the media last night before heading to file a police complaint against filmmaker Anurag Kashyap. The complaint was registered at Oshiwara Police Station.
While addressing the media, Nitin said that a misdeed was conducted against Payal Ghosh by the accused and that it is a criminal offense. He termed it the outraging of the modesty of a woman. Satpute said that they will be submitted required evidence in form of Whatsapp chats to the authorities. He said the investigating authorities can retrieve old chats to investigate the case.
A few days ago, Payal Ghosh came out and accused Anurag Kashyap of sexual misconduct. She also named three women while talking about Anurag Kashyap. This included Richa Chadha’s name who immediately sent a legal notice to her.
