Globally loved Bollywood actress and dancing diva Nora Fatehi who is now loved by her fans and audiences all across the globe came to India from Morocco with dreams and ambitions of making it big in Bollywood. In her recent interview with Anas Bukhash, finally Nora shared her stories of facing struggles, rejections and bullying in Bollywood and also revealed about her excitement of making it big in Bollywood and also thought of living a lavish lifestyle and would get picked by limousine and also live in a nice hotel. Explaining this point, she said, “I thought It’s going to be like a high-level lifestyle, because I’m going to Bollywood”. But in reality it wasn’t anything like that.

In a video of the interview shared by Brut India, Nora Fatehi was seen getting emotional and also had a total breakdown moment whilst recalling all her traumatic experiences and struggles and explaining that, she said, “It was nothing like that. I had the biggest shock of my life, the biggest slap in the face”.

She also spoke in details about meeting vicious people who ended up stealing her passport and she got deported back to Canada and over there all the people laughed at her and also asked about why did she got to India in first place. She also mentioned that when she went to India again, she stayed there, fought and also learned the language. On this point, she told, “And you’re gonna meet people who are gonna laugh at you on the way, whenever you try to speak. That happened to me all the time”.

Speaking all about the challenges and trials she ended up facing whilst learning Hindi and how people often made fun of it by laughing at her, she also opened up on the countless number of hours and months that she spent along with her Hindi diction coach who would always encourage her and motivate her by telling that she was really good. However, whenever she went for giving an audition, they would come to know that she is not an Indian and also asked her that whether she would be able to deliver the lines in Hindi and whenever Nora tried honestly, they all would laugh at it and also give a hi fi to each other.

On this Nora told, “It feels like the minute the door’s opening, it’s closing again. That’s what I went through for 5 years, constantly.  If it wasn’t the language, it was the fact that I’m not Indian”.
