Anees Bazmee Confirms No Entry Sequel, To Cast Salman & Anil Kapoor Again
In a recent interview with Etimes, Bollywood filmmaker Anees Bazmee officially announced the sequel of his film No Entry which will now be known as “No Entry Mein Entry”. Talking about the cast the filmmaker revealed that he will be casting the same actors in the sequel including Salman Khan, Fardeen Khan, and Anil Kapoor and will be continuing the story from where they left off.
Talking about the film he said, “We don’t just want to cash in on the popularity of the franchise by making something mediocre, but want this film to live up to its previous part. When we first spoke about making a sequel as a team, we bounced off several ideas, which we discussed and eventually rejected. Finally, in 2016, we came up with a one-line idea, which we all agreed upon. Developing a script around this one-line idea and then writing the dialogues took a lot of time. People say that one should leave their brains behind while watching such films, but to make such a film jahan log apna dimaag apne ghar chhod kar theatre mein aye aur enjoy kare, we have to work our mind a lot,”
Female Leads In No Entry’s Sequel
Talking about the cast of the film, Anees said, “If you tell a writer to weave a script keeping 10 heroines in mind, he is definitely going to be dazed.” Bazmee also revealed that he wants to cast the heroines from the first part- Bipasha Basu, Lara Dutta Bhupathi, Esha Deol Takhtani, and Celina Jaitly, in the sequel too.
Salman Khan & Fardeen Khan’s Reaction To No Entry’s Sequel
While opening up on Salman and Fardeen Khan’s reaction to the sequel, Anees Bazmee said, “Salman has loved the script. Fardeen, too, is quite excited. Anil ji ko maine ab tak kahani nahi sunaiyi hai (I haven’t told Anil Kapoor about the story yet). We have done so many films together, so he counts on me. Once the final touches are done, I will narrate it to him.”
Is Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 On Cards?
The Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 director, Anees Bazmee also opened up on whether he would be making the third part of Bhool Bhulaiyaa, he said, “I would love to make it. I enjoyed the horror-comedy genre. Buss ek achchi script mil jaye toh kyun nahi? (Only a good script is needed then why not)”.
