Shweta Bachchan’s daughter Navya Naveli Nanda yesterday posted an update with a bunch of pictures where she mentioned about delving into a new academic course, a Blended Post Graduate Programme (BPGP) from the Indian Institute of Ahmedabad. Hours after her post went viral, the kid started receiving encounters from the netizens regarding how she got admitted into the institute. People questioned Navya if she really sit for the CAT exams and got the Personal Interview cracked or was it just because she comes from a renowned family.

Assumptions of her doing a ‘least valuable course’ went viral minutes after her post came out. People on reddit are constantly criticising her for making it a ‘PR activity’ to just make it a big news. As they claim, Navya is not into a flagship MBA, and is rather just pursuing a PG course which requires two-weeks of on-campus presence. The rest is to be conducted online.

However, on this consistent criticism of getting the college because of the Bachchan family tag, a certain section of the public also turned up in her defence. Claiming that she did not fool anyone and has clearly mentioned about her course on the post, netizens have reacted to the bullies. Comments like ‘She’s being transparent about the degree’, and ‘here, the trolling feels a little unfair’ have surfaced online as they say she did nothing but just post about her dream of getting into the particular college.
