Feeling extremely saddened and hurt with news of late bollywood film maker Raj Kaushal passing away, Minissha recalling Raj Kaushal says I shot my first film with him.

Its true that Minissha Lamba had worked with late film maker Raj Kaushal in his first directorial film titled Anthony Kaun Hai and now with this painful news of him leaving the world, Minissha fondly recalls working with him and reminisces the wonderful time that they both spent together and sharing about it, she shares, “So saddened to hear about the sudden passing away of Raj Kaushal. I remember doing one of my earlier films with him as a director. His energy as a person was soft-spoken and he had twinkling eyes with a reassuring smile. The conversations he could hold on various topics. My time shooting Anthony Kaun Hain with him as our captain was a time of great learning”.
She also added, “I shot my first sync-sound film with him at a time when it was something only the top three biggest production houses were doing. But he wanted to get every element of the filmmaking process to perfection. And no compromise was made on the quality of the product. A man of immense energy who would have the time even after a long working day to address issues or just have a meal and be gentle with the cast and crew. You will surely be missed, Raj”.
Also revealing about how they both weren’t in touch, Minissha added this bit, “Even though we hadn’t been in touch, I can imagine the positive impact you would have on the people whose lives you have touched on a daily basis. I wish your soul peace on your onward journey and your loved one’s strength”.
