Taking a strict legal action against Kamaal R Khan with special mention to his ‘ganjedi’ tweet on social media microblogging site Twitter that had been posted by KRK on 26th July via his Twitter account and how it had tried to tarnish his repertoire as an bollywood star in the industry and much more, Manoj Bajpayee files defamation case against Kamaal R Khan.
In this week a few days back itself on Tuesday, The Family Man fame versatile film and digital star Manoj Bajpayee files defamation case against Kamaal R Khan.

Aiyaary (2019) fame bollywood star Manoj Bajpayee has officiall went ahead and filed a criminal defamation case along with a complaint against Kamaal R Khan aka KRK in an Indore court for posting a slandering demaeaning and derogatory tweet post against him on social media microblogging site Twitter as confirmed by Manoj’s lawyer Paresh S Joshi wherein Bajpayee filed the criminal complaint in the court of judicial magistrate first class (JMFC) against Khan (46) under IPC section 500 (punishment for defamation).
In a statement, Manoj Bajpayee’s lawyer Paresh S Joshi also confirmed that he has strictly urged and placed a plea in the court so that they register a criminal defamation case in lieu of this matter and this complaint had been filed by the actor all because of KRK’s tweet posted on 26th July which defamed the 52 years old actor along with also maligning his image as an actor amongst his fans.
Joshi also mentioned that Bajpayee personally appeared before the court to officially record his statement.
In his tweet, KRK had called Bajpayee ‘Ganjedi’ (a marijuana addict) and his tweet had read, “I am not a Lukkha and Faaltu in life, So I don’t watch web series. Better you ask Sunil Pal. But why do you like to watch a Charsi, Ganjedi Manoj? You can’t be selective. If you hate Charsi Ganjedi in Bollywood, So you should hate everyone”.
