Man vs Wild: Deepika Padukone and Virat Kohli To Shoot For Bear Grylls Show

After Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Tamil star Rajnikanth, Deepika Padukone and Virat Kohli are next to shoot for Man vs Wild along with Bear Grylls.

Actress Deepika Padukone and Indian skipper Virat Kohli are all set to shoot for Bear Grylls’ Man vs Wild. They will soon begin shooting for Bear Grylls’ show. To add on, Deepika Padukone will be the first Bollywood actress to be seen on this show.

Before Virat and Deepika, Bollywood’s Khiladi Kumar and veteran actor Rajnikanth shot for the show. Bear Grylls’ show also featured India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi, they both shot this episode in Nainital’s Jim Corbett Forest and the episode was well received by the audience.

Bear Grylls has till now shot two episodes of the 14-part series with South sensation Rajnikanth. Then Akshay Kumar worked closely with Grylls and completed the shoot. Initially, 5 locations were selected for shooting but later only 2 locations got permission and wrapped the shoot.

Showing a sweet gesture Bear Grylls even hugged Akshay and thanked him for being a part of his adventurous show. Grylls and Akshay were also grateful to the forest department for allowing them to shot for the show without doing any harm to nature.

The Conservator of the forest Balachandra expressed his happiness by saying that he is in awe of the simplicity and behavior of Akshay and Rajnikanth alongside Bear Grylls and his crew.

Talking about Rajnikanth’s episode of Man vs Wild, the episode got into controversy because the locals protested against the shooting being carried out in the month of wildfires. They feared that the carelessness of the crew or anyone can rage a wildfire because of the dry forest condition.

The Thalaiva also got injured during the shoot but later on confirmed that he is in a pink of health and the injury was minor.
