This latest new development comes in now where the recent news media reports say that Madhuri Dixit is all set and ready to resume the shoot of her digital webseries which is going to be produced by Karan Johar’s Dharmatic Entertainment and also it is all the more special since it will mark her official digital debut in the VOD OTT Webspace.

But now, after the COVID 19 pandemic induced break and holiday she will be seen in the lights, camera and action mode once again and this time it will be for a digital web show that is being produced by Dharmatic Entertainment. She is very happy to be working once again and going to the place she loves the most, that is, the sets for shooting and filming of her web series, which will be starting from the end of this month and will be premiering on globally renowned OTT giant platform Netflix. This has been reported by a leading Indian newspaper publication. It seems that she had shot for at least a week back in March 2020 before the shooting had to be stopped and halted because of coronavirus pandemic.

A source who is involved in the digital series development was quoted telling the tabloid publication that, “The makers have decided to take the 15-day shoot to Nashik, they intend to film with a lean crew, adopting the bio-bubble mode. With the makers having already zeroed in on a bungalow for the leg, the production team has begun constructing the set at the site. Madhuri and the rest of the team are expected to drive down to Nashik by the month-end or early November.”

The web series has been given a working and a tentative title of Actress for now. Actress, will majorly be a thriller and suspense drama series, which will be focusing and deeply revolving around the plot of the life in the Bollywood entertainment industry.

It is now being said that the main story of this series will be about a very successful film superstar who all of sudden disappears from the social world and the public eyes along with vanishing away from the media glamorous paparazzi and further in the series we will see the fact that how slowly and gradually her secrets will be revealed in front of the audiences.

Source was quoted telling the leading Indian news wire agency that the best part of this series is that it is going to be directed and helmed by three different directors where Shri Rao is said to be the show runner and Shaitan fame ace director Bejoy Nambiar is also touted to be one of the directors and now its just increasing the excitement level for this series where we surely can’t wait for it.
