Madhav Mahajan has been a huge fitness buff and he has taken to some high-intensity interval training to really shred out and be in incredible shape. Today a singer is just not a singer, he or she has to be persona and fitness has to do a huge part with that. Madhav perfectly embodies that. He has won all our hearts and minds with his beautiful songs such as chann vi gawah, Laut Aja, Mann bawreya, and many more. He loves to work out and engage in activities that train and test the brain as well as the body. HIIT is a great mixture of that. Madhav loves the intensity of a sport and what better if we can integrate that in our workouts as well.
We spoke to him and here is what he has to say, “HIIT is like the basic bread and butter when it comes to conditioning which is an important part of my regime. The body has to be one with the mind and get a laser-sharp focus since HIIT demands it. It pushes the limits of the mind more than the body. I love that aspect. And mixing up the workouts to create my version of a good HIIT session is fun. Let’s all take to fitness and sports. We learn some of the best lessons in the fields. As a medical student, I can really understand what the health professionals have gone through to keep us safe. Let’s get vaccinated whenever the opportunity arises. And try and stay safe.”
