- Kriti Kharbanda Did A Diploma In Jewelry Designing
The 14 Phere actress Kriti Kharbanda was born on 29 October 1990, in New Delhi. The 31 years old actress once revealed about wanted to become a jewelry designer. In an interview with Indian Express, she said, “But I might just take up jewelry designing when I decide to stop acting in films,”. Before making her debut in the film industry the actress did a jewelry designing diploma from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College.
2. Kriti First Made Debut In South Films
Before entering the Bollywood industry the actress made her debut in the South industry with the Telugu film Boni with actor Sumanth. The actress gained popularity in Kannada and Tamil films, soon after which she made her Bollywood debut in the fourth installment of the Raaz franchise, named Raaz: Reboot, with actor Emraan Hashmi.

Soon after her South debut, the actress rose to fame and popularity which initially helped her be voted as the Bengaluru Times Most Desirable Woman of 2013.

It almost took 5 months for Kriti to admit about her relationship with actor Pulkit Samrat. In a conversation with ET the actress revealed about dating Pulkit Samrat she said, “In all honesty, I wanted my parents to know first that I’m dating someone and when you start seeing someone, I think there’s a time for everything when you’re comfortable talking about it,” she shared. “Sometimes it can take five years; sometimes it can take five months. In our case, it was five months, but I’m in a very happy place and I have no qualms admitting that I am dating Pulkit Samrat.”
5. Kriti Kharbanda’s Fallout With Hina Khan
Bigg Boss contestant Hina Khan once made a very controversial remark on South Indian filmmakers stating that they only cast chubby (or even downright fat) actresses in their films which automatically gained a lot of criticism. To everyone’s surprise actress Kriti came as a tough critic against her statement she said, “I had great respect for Hina Khan before that,” she said. “She is a very big name on television.
