Laxmi Raai, who is a quite popular name down south as she has worked in all four languages, is also taking a slow stride in Bollywood. If latest media reports are to be believed, Laxmi Raai will be soon seen doing a special song in Ajay Devgn’s upcoming action thriller Bholaa.
The source told Mid-Day, “Laxmi is pulling off an ultra ‘desi’ glamorous look in the song and her energy and styling will set the screens on fire. There is an action scene happening in the film simultaneously with the song and it will surely increase the thrill of the whole sequence. The charisma that Laxmi has brought on screen with the song, it will leave the audience spellbound”.
Laxmi Raai made her Hindi debut in 2016’s action thriller Akira starring Sonakshi Sinha. The actress then went on to star in films such as Julie 2 (2017) where she played the female lead, and Officer Arjun Singh IPS Batch 2000 (2019).
Speaking of Bholaa, the movie is an official remake of the Tamil blockbuster Kaithi (2019). Directed by Ajay Devgn and produced by Ajay Devgn FFilms, Reliance Entertainment, T-Series Films and Dream Warrior Pictures, Bholaa also stars Tabu, Deepak Dobriyal, Sanjay Mishra and Amala Paul. The film is set to arrive in cinemas on March 30.
