The Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (2018) fame solitary king of monologues and exemplary nuanced Bollywood film actor Kartik Aaryan turned 30 today, and he decided to make his 30th birthday a special and amazing one by finally dropping the official first look motion poster of his upcoming film ‘Dhamaka’ on his official Instagram handle.

Speaking of the motion poster, we are seeing Kartik in a completely different get up and totally new look where he is seen having long hair with spectacles along with beard and moustache in a blazer suit attire, where its also interesting enough to see that the Bandra Worli sea link is shown as set on fire and the actor is seen minutely observing this entire incident from a distance.

Taking to his Instagram account, the actor posted the first look motion poster where his caption read, “Aaj mera Birthday hai #DHAMAKA hona chahiye”. The motion poster also clearly indicating about the hard hitting background musical score which is pointing towards a planned conspiracy behind the fires on the Bandra Worli sea link.

Dhamaka has been directed by Neerja (2016) fame critically acclaimed director Ram Madhvani and has been bank rolled by Ronnie Screwvala’s RSVP Films banner in collaboration with Ram and Anita Madhvani.

Also in one of the recent interviews with a leading Indian digital entertainment portal, a source involved in the film’s development was quoted telling the portal, “The entire film unfolds in one media office. There are only 5-6 characters. It is  a very intimate low-budget one-set film and Kartik accepted it because he wants to work with directors who can tap his acting chops, also because he wants to do films far removed from the lightweight comedies he  has become typecast in”.
