Kartik Aaryan is on cloud 9 following the tremendous success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. The film has entered the 100 crore club and is now aiming to cross 150 crores at the box office. In the sequel of Bhool Bhulaiyaa, Kartik Aaryan replaced Akshay Kumar and there are speculations that the Dhamaka actor will once again replace the Bollywood superstar. Reports suggest that Kartik will takeover Akshay Kumar in the comedy franchise “Housefull”.
Well, the self-made star Kartik Aaryan is buzzing over the internet and making headlines since he has received a boost from the sensation of his new film. If reports are to be believed he is expected to substitute Akshay Kumar in Housefull 5 after taking him over in Bhool Bhulaiyaa. However, there is no confirmation yet and we are waiting for an official announcement.
Kamal R Khan aka KRK shared his opinion claiming that Kartik Aaryan is set to replace the Khiladi star of Bollywood. KRK tweeted, “I do confirm here that Kartik Aaryan is going to do #Housefull5 which is the franchise of Akshay Kumar.” Criticizing Akki Sir he stated this is the end of his Bollywood career. KRK added to his tweet, “Akshay Kumar’s end starts from here. Akki Bhai aap bahut Achche Aadmi thai. Uparwala Apko Khush Rakkhe. See you in Canada bhai.”
Akshay Kumar has been heading the Housefull series since its first part. Meanwhile, the actor has completed 30 years in the industry and speaking about the same, he mentioned that he should retire soon. “It’s been 30 years since I started my career, and I don’t know how these years have passed. Today after this act I feel like I have become old, and I should retire. But I will not, I want to work till they shoot me down, I will not retire so soon. I would like to tell everyone that there is nothing more important than working, everyone should work.”
Akshay Kumar’s previous movie Bachchan Panday was a flop at the box office and now he is expecting to deliver a big hit with Samrat Prithviraj but can’t assure anything until it is released. Samrat Prithviraj, featuring beauty pageant Manushi Chillar, Sonu Sood, and Sanjay is set to hit theaters on June 3.
On the work front, Kartik Aaryan has Freddy, Shehzada, Satyanarayan ki Katha, and Sajid Nadiadwala’s untitled film in his kitty. In Shehzada, Kartik is roped along his Luka Chupi co star Kriti Sanon. The movie is expected to release in November this year.
