Kartik Aaryan is currently on cloud nine owing to the success of his recent films will be next seen in Imtiaz Ali’s Love Aaj Kal along with Sara Ali Khan. Love Aaj Kal has become the talk of the town and both Kartik and Sara are leaving no stone unturned to promote the movie.
Meanwhile, news has surfaced which states that actor Kartik Aaryan has signed his first action movie. The film will be directed by Om Raut. Everything about the film is currently on its initial stage and soon an actress will be finalized for the project.
The action film will surely help Kartik breakout of his shell of playing comic characters, and help him enhance his acting skills for a longer stay in B-Town.
Om Raut has recently gained fame as the director of Ajay Devgn and Saif Ali Khan starrer movie titled, Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior. The action-drama turned out to be a blockbuster. Tanhaji has recently entered the 200 crore club. The film was also declared tax free in Maharashtra.
Talking about Kartik Aaryan, in a recent interview the actor said that success gives you an opportunity to choose from the best. He further added that earlier he had no choices to make but thankfully now he has the option of picking up scripts.
On the work front, post Love Aaj Kal, Kartik will be seen in Collin D’Cunha’s ‘Dostana 2’ alongside Jahnavi Kapoor and debutant Lakshya. Apart from ‘Dostana 2’ another sequel stands in line for Kartik in 2020 titled, ‘Bhul Bhulaiyaa 2’. Both of the films are much-awaited and it will be interesting to see if Kartik is able to maintain his hit streak with his upcoming films.
Love Aaj Kal is all set to release on Valentine’s Day this year.
