Hera Pheri 3 is one of the most iconic films in the Hindi industry. Earlier it was reported that the film will soon be back in the theatres with its third installment which will feature the exact same cast as before. However, recently actor Paresh Rawal was seen confirming Kartik Aaryan’s entry in the third installment of the film. Soon after which many fans questioned if the actor will be replacing OG actor Akshay Kumar in the film.
Kartik Aaryan To Replace Akshay Kumar In Hera Pheri 3?
Recently Hera Pheri actor Paresh Rawal reacted to one of the tweets that asked the actor if Kartik Aaryan will be seen in Hera Pheri 3, the tweet read, “@SirPareshRawal sir is it true that kartik aryan is doing Hera Pheri 3 ??”. Reacting to the same actor Paresh Rawal tweeted, “Yes it’s true.”
Reacting to the news film trade analyst Sumit Kadel tweeted, “I was hearing it from quite a sometime that #KartikAaryan will take forward #HeraPheri Franchise.. Now Paresh Ji has confirmed that Kartik is on board for #HeraPheri3 .. given the superlative track record of @TheAaryanKartik – he is the right actor for this iconic franchise.”
Later a segment of netizens were seen sharing their reactions to Kartik Aaryan’s entry in the film, a user tweeted, “#KartikAaryan did justice to his role in #BhoolBhulaiyaa2 because it was a completely different character with different nuances. But RAJU of #HeraPheri is a BIGGER character than the franchise itself. If news of him replacing #AkshayKumar in #HeraPheri3 is true, It’s shocking.”
Following the same many were seen stating that Kartik Aaryan can’t replace the OG actor Akshay Kumar in the film. a user tweeted, “Akshay Nhi Hai Toh Hera Pheri kaise hui Phir Raju is Love & Emotion of Whole India Don’t play with it”, another tweeted, “Replacing @akshaykumar in #HeraPheri3 is same crime as Replacing @arungovil12 as LORD RAM in RAMAYAN .”

Meanwhile, there’s still no confirmation that Akshay Kumar has left the film. Hera Pheri (year 2000) was helmed by Priyadarshan. Hera Pheri 2 was directed and written by Neeraj Vora. For the unaware, Hera Pheri 3 went on floors in 2014. It was to be directed by Neeraj Vora. The cast included Abhishek Bachchan, John Abraham, Suniel Shetty, and Paresh Rawal. However, the film was shelved after Neeraj Vora passed away on December 14, 2017, after being in a coma for nearly 13 months.
